Attorney Murphy earned his Juris Doctor and graduated with honors from New England School of Law in 1994 and placed in the top ten percent of his graduating law class. During law school, Attorney Murphy gained significant criminal law and civil litigation experience working as a law clerk for Attorney Esther J. Horwich, a prominent criminal and appellate attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. After completing his legal course of study and prior to his official graduation from law school, Attorney Murphy sat for the bar examination in Massachusetts in February 1994. Shortly thereafter, Attorney Murphy opened up his first law office on State Street in Boston and immediately began practicing criminal and civil law and representing clients before the Boston Municipal Court and other courts throughout Massachusetts.
